Sustainability and Environmental Policy

In our hotel, which operates within the accommodation sector of both global and Turkish tourism, we aim to integrate the concept of sustainability into our current activities, future investments, and value chain by evaluating environmental, social, and corporate governance practices.

n response to the growing global population and demands, we adopt a sustainable development approach that not only meets the needs of today but also considers future generations. This involves researching conscious consumption methods and alternative resources to ensure the continued availability of natural resources.

Our sustainability policy forms the foundation of our hotel's operations.
We recognize our responsibility to tackle global challenges such as climate change, poverty, hunger, inequality, water scarcity, and biodiversity loss, in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We aim to enhance living standards and well-being by expanding our investments, and we prioritize promoting sustainable development in our operations and decision-making processes.

Recognizing the needs for energy-efficient technologies, we conduct our production and services with respect for human health, biodiversity, and environmental resources. We are committed to researching and integrating innovative best practices that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and our carbon footprint, in line with science-based targets, to advance toward a low-carbon economy.

Issues that conflict with our sustainability policies are examined and reported, and we establish short-, medium-, and long-term sustainability goals to address and improve these issues.
In line with the waste management hierarchy and the Zero Waste Project, our primary goal is to reduce waste at the source. When it is not feasible to reduce waste production to zero, we ensure that all waste is sorted by type.

Our stakeholders include local governments, ministries, the media, local communities, universities, suppliers, consumers, and our staff. We prioritize engaging with stakeholders through consultations (such as surveys) to maintain transparent, sincere, and clear communication channels. We track consumer satisfaction and loyalty to enhance our capabilities.

We maintain fair, equitable, non-discriminatory, and responsible relations, ensuring careful engagement with the local communities within our facility's impact area. Our employees and local communities actively provide feedback through complaint and suggestion channels, allowing us to address potential risks and needs (such as training, employment, food supply, etc.) before they become critical.

Our hotel management is committed to fulfilling the requirements outlined in this policy and expects the same commitment from all hotel staff.
